16. November 2025
The location is unbeatable! From our room No. 33 with a lake view, we could have gone straight into the lake from the terrace, the loungers, and the dock - if it hadn't been November :-). The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly, but we couldn't visit the restaurant due to it being closed for the season. However, there are other great places nearby, all within walking distance. The little details in the room were also well thought out: a large mirror on the door, hooks for jackets, a small bedside light, and two double sockets, plus plenty of shelf space in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi worked really well. There are private parking spaces. We didn't get to the wellness area due to time constraints. We'll definitely be back and have already recommended Caraleon to others.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent and the swimming option at the Sunset Lounge was very pleasant. The lady from Hungary was really attentive and quick. At the reception, you are warmly welcomed right away. I especially want to highlight the breakfast. There’s everything you could wish for to start the day off right, especially the great service from the two young gentlemen. The dinner was very good and the service was nice. I was very satisfied with my room, just a pity that the rooms don’t have air conditioning. I would come back anytime.

Very nice hotel and ideal location by Lake Constance. The service is very friendly and the food is excellent. It's a shame there isn't an indoor lounge, especially for the cold season. If you have multiple rooms and want to sit together before or after a meal, unfortunately, there's no option other than the restaurant. The fireplace room looks very much like a meeting room and feels quite formal.

We had a beautiful room in the lakeside house of the hotel. Right by Lake Constance, simply dreamy. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. Very friendly staff. We would love to come back. Thank you very much.

We booked a 'Comfort Suite' that was supposed to have a dreamy lake view according to the hotel's website. In reality, our room was above the garage with a view of the parking lot. The view of the SUVs and station wagons was certainly varied, but not quite what we had dreamed of. The staff at breakfast wasn't particularly attentive either. However, I have to praise the attached restaurant - the dinner was not a bargain, but it was exceptionally good and the waiters were very attentive.
