The rooms present themselves as cozy-modern, allergy-friendly, and barrier-free. Additionally, the digital guest folder facilitates an overview on-site: It consolidates current information, excursion tips, and service notes, allowing seamless linking of impressions with planning. In short: The photos convey authenticity – real spaces, real light, real dishes – and provide a reliable sense of what guests can expect at LAMM.

From Tyrol, the approach is also via the Bregenz exit and the city tunnel with the same orientation points. By train, connections lead to Bregenz main station; from there, city bus line 2 takes about six minutes to the Meinradgasse stop, which is practically right in front of the hotel. From the stop, it is about a two-minute walk to the entrance. For cyclists, the location is particularly pleasant: The Lake Constance cycling path runs near the hotel, and lockable bike garages are available at the hotel and guesthouse. Parking is available directly at the property. For e-mobility, there is a paid e-charging station on-site, and according to independent charging directories, two Type-2 connections with up to 22 kW are available at the address. Room Plan, Seating, and Capacities: Meetings and Events at LAMM
For conferences, celebrations, and cultural evenings, the LAMM provides several rooms with clearly defined capacities. The centerpiece is the divisible Bregenz hall. In concert seating, it accommodates up to 180 people, as a banquet it also offers up to 180 seats, in parliamentary seating up to 80, and in U-shape up to 60. The hall is sustainably air-conditioned thanks to geothermal energy; large windows bring daylight into the room. The direct access to the guest garden is ideal for coffee breaks and informal conversations in the fresh air. The Lake Constance room is intended for medium-sized formats: Up to 80 people in concert seating, up to 50 for banquets, 24 in parliamentary settings, and 25 in U-shape. Here too, floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light; the room is air-conditioned and has an exit to the outdoors. For smaller groups, the Pfänder and Mehrerau rooms are ideal, each accommodating up to about 35 people in banquet seating, with 25 seats in concert form and around 12 in parliamentary layout. In the historic areas, the centuries-old walls create a pleasant climate year-round – they keep cool in summer and provide cozy warmth in winter. For confidential discussions, the Peterszimmer under a historic barrel vault is suitable; a maximum of ten people can be accommodated. Here, WLAN is consciously avoided to promote concentration and discretion; high-speed WLAN is available in the lobby. The wine cellar – also with a barrel vault and furniture made from old barrels – offers space for up to 14 people for culinary rounds or atmospheric tastings. Technically, the rooms are well thought out: Ceiling projectors with around 5,000 lumens and common connections, sound systems, dimmable lighting, up to 95 percent blackout, and sufficient power outlets are part of the basic equipment. Pinboards, moderation cases, and flexible seating arrangements complete the conference basis. For event planners, it is important: The Bregenz hall can be divided; this creates breakout opportunities without losing the main area. Break areas are located inside and – in suitable weather – in the guest garden. For hybrid formats, the stable internet connection and good room acoustics provide reliable conditions. The kitchen delivers from flying buffet to set menu; vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-conscious variants are tried and tested. Those creating a booking plan can rely on the clearly published capacity values and receive detailed seating and stage plans for their event upon request.
About Restaurant and Café: Organic, Regionality, and Special Services
The LAMM understands enjoyment as an attitude: The kitchen is bio-certified and carries the AMA quality seal. The team prefers to source from the region – for example, potatoes from the organic farmer Wolfi Jäger from Bregenz and beef from the organic farmer Sieber, whose animals graze in the meadows around the Mehrerau. This transparency of origin is reflected in a menu that is consciously curated seasonally. Since not everything is always available, the offer changes regularly; thus, the menu remains fresh and authentic. Classics are interpreted in a contemporary way – even vegan versions of traditional dishes. SCHENK’s Café & Bar, part of the house since May 2018, serves as a meeting point for locals and guests. From breakfast for early risers to after-work drinks, from homemade ice cream made from natural ingredients to selected wines, the range is broad. For late sleepers, the café offers flexible breakfast times; thus, it complements the breakfast buffet, which starts at 7:00 AM. Particularly practical: The digital guest folder consolidates information on-site about the hotel, program points, weather, webcams, and excursions – without an app, directly in the browser. Those who value accessibility will find ground-level access and barrier-free rooms; certain rooms are equipped with emergency call systems. Free high-speed WLAN is available throughout the house, and the daily newspaper service complements the offerings. For cyclists, there are rental bikes and e-bikes; secure parking options are provided for motorcycle and bicycle guests. Parking is possible directly at the property, and there is a dedicated charging station for e-cars for a fee. In summary, this paints a picture of a location that has been combining tradition since 1901 with modern, sustainable hospitality: short distances, good accessibility, honest cuisine, and a team that gladly fulfills individual wishes – from late check-in to menu adjustments for allergy sufferers.

Good hotel in a great location near the city center. Large parking lot right in front. There are also 2 charging stations. Rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right. Breakfast was okay, nothing more. Not even fresh orange juice available.

I stayed at the guesthouse for 2 days. The room is absolutely fine for a short stay, nice bathroom. Breakfast in the main house was plentiful and good, I also had dinner once and lunch once. Well located near the lake, quiet. Would love to come back.

I was just here for the price. Great ambiance, everything clean and good. Then I ordered a rag salad, the portion was tiny, tasteless, almost no vinegar and oil, no onions, it's outrageous to serve a guest something like that for the price. The plate was cleared about half an hour later, without asking if it was okay, and that in a hotel. I will never eat there again. My table neighbor ordered a pair of sausages, they were lukewarm, terrible, in such a great hotel, the food should be good and enough. Anyway, I drove home and made myself dinner.

The Hotel Lamm is well equipped. Large, bright rooms, big bathroom with a large shower. However, we were disappointed with dinner. Our two main courses arrived with at least a 15-minute difference. The dessert, crème brûlée, was a vanilla yogurt. You can definitely eat better in Bregenz. However, the hotel staff is very nice and accommodating, and there’s also a bike garage.

An absolutely excellent guesthouse. We were allowed to stay here for 3 days and were completely thrilled. Really great, friendly staff. The proximity to Lake Constance is unbeatable. We could park our bikes. And the parking was included too. Fantastic breakfast.
