It was a beautiful day trip! Although the sky was a bit cloudy that day and it had also rained heavily in parts, there’s a great saying that there’s no bad weather, only wrong clothes! The tour around the island of Lindau was just wonderful! Overall, the areas around Lake Constance are very beautiful and you feel incredibly comfortable there!

You should definitely visit the Bodenseeinsel Lindau. Both the historic old town and the harbor, as well as the beautiful views of Lake Constance and the Alps, are an experience. The best way to explore the island is on foot. By train, you can also go directly to the island. (Lindau central station) A beautiful old town that invites you to stroll. If you prefer something more modern, you can go shopping in a mall. There’s also a small romantic harbor with many restaurants and cafes. From there, you can see past the lighthouse and the Bavarian lions in Bregenz. From the lighthouse, you have a great view of Lindau.....

Magic, style, and joy everywhere. When I first saw the lighthouse, I felt in my gut that I must travel. I didn’t realize that my dreams have a location on earth. So much beauty and peace with a lifestyle that I love so much, full of people who are working to live and not living to work. I have never slept so deeply and well as I did there. I went there to study and stayed at the excellent BH. Everything looks like a picture. Go there if you need a spark in your life and a reminder that life is magic when you experience moments of peace, beauty, and kindness.
