Kreisliga before important decisions

Kreisliga before the decision: Championship, relegation, and staying up possible on Sunday

In the Kreisliga Northeim-Einbeck, clarity could come early in several areas this weekend. The championship is decided: SVG Einbeck is confirmed as district champion. The focus now shifts mainly to the bottom of the table – where on Sunday both the relegation question could intensify and SG Leinepolder could secure their place in the league mathematically.

Relegation battle: Nörten II needs help – and a win

The greatest sporting tension lies in the duel between SSV Nörten-Hardenberg II and TSV Sudheim. For the SSV reserve team, the situation is extremely tight: to keep their own chances alive, Nörten-Hardenberg II absolutely needs a win against the favorite – and at the same time help in the form of a defeat for SG Leinepolder.

If either of these does not happen, relegation could be finally sealed on Sunday.

Leinepolder in Auetal: Staying up within reach

SG Leinepolder plays at FC Auetal, the match will be held on the artificial turf pitch in Kalefeld.

The fact that Leinepolder has even reached this more comfortable starting position is also due to last weekend's success, which opened the door to an early sigh of relief.

If the next step succeeds, it would be a sporting signal: Leinepolder would have worked their way out of the immediate danger zone – and Nörten II would be under even more pressure.

Everything clear at the top: Einbeck champions, behind them it's about placements

The excitement at the top is gone: SVG Einbeck has already secured the championship.

This shifts the focus for the chasers to the order behind – but the matchday remains attractive from a sporting perspective.

Already on Friday (7 p.m.), TSV Sudheim and FC Hettensen/Ellierode will face each other.

The match no longer has any influence on the championship question, but gives an indication of how the teams want to finish the season in the upper midfield.

On Sunday, Hettensen/Ellierode is in action again: the fifth-placed team visits SVG Einbeck, the match will be played on the B pitch in Einbeck.

The originally planned championship ceremony will be postponed by a week.

Markoldendorf/Ell. already relegated

For Markoldendorf/Ell., the situation is already clear: the relegated team will play its last Kreisliga away game in Offensen and will face SG Heisebeck there.

Dassel/Sievershausen moves to Ellensen – tight weekend

There is an organizational peculiarity at SG Dassel/Sievershausen.

The home game on Friday (7 p.m.) against SG Heisebeck/Offensen will not be played in Sievershausen or Dassel, but in Ellensen.

Because of our festival, one spot is so damaged that we can't play in Sievershausen. Since the Sollinglauf takes place in Dassel on Saturday and the setup work already starts on Friday, we couldn't play there either. That's why we asked our friends from Ellensen.

Sportingly, there is a tight schedule for SG: after the Friday game, the away match at table neighbor FC Lindau is already scheduled for Sunday. The first leg ended 2:2.

Other matches: Moringen with home finale, Elfas and Weser without much pressure

For their home finale, SV Moringen faces GW Bad Gandersheim. From Moringen's perspective, there is also the desire to take revenge for the cup exit against Gandersheim.

For SG Elfas and FC Weser, the last home game of the season is no longer about major decisions – both teams can mainly use the matchday to end the season with a decent performance.

The championship question is settled – Sunday could now bring final certainty especially at the bottom of the table. For SSV Nörten-Hardenberg II and SG Leinepolder, a matchday with immediate sporting significance awaits.
